How to set "Mic On" "Mic Out". I need a "voice-over" hotkey or macro

How can i set “Mic On” and “Mic Out” hotkey?
I need a “voice-over hotkey”. At “porocess” beginn volume to xy % Level, and at end volume to normal Level.
hotkey or macro?

use the [R] Key Command to switch the selected track Record Enable On/Off .
