how to set transformer to = C0 always

I cant seem to remember how to do this, I need a midi channel to always send C0 , so need to tell transformer to transform ANY note in, to C0 out…could someone refresh this…i thought it was set value, note equals c0, but not working…thanks.

Filter Target:: enter

Type is…Equal To…Note

Action Target:: enter

Value 1…Set to Fixed Value…28 [I think this is the numeric equivalent of C0…check that!!]
