How to set up head tracking with Airpods Pro using OSC server?

I’m trying to use my Airpods Pro as a head tracking device in Nuendo. I’ve followed a couple of Youtube guides by Michael G Wagner on how to set them up, and have gotten as far as downloading the free M1 MNTR CTRL app on my iPhone, where I’ve easily set it up to receive head tracking information from the Airpods. I’ve also installed Protokol by hexler.net in order to be able to monitor whether my Airpods, via my phone are transmitting any OSC messages over the wifi network into my computer. They do. So far so good. But I just can’t get it to work in Nuendo 13. There are only two settings in the Studio → Head Tracking window. Tracking device (which obviously should be set to OSC Server) and Port.

I’ve tried setting the M1 MNTR app to all kinds of port numbers, including 7000 which is default for Nuendo, and 9898 which is the default port in the app and Nuendo just won’t receive any data when enabling the head tracking. Any ideas?

How did you verify that the OSC server transmits data?
Is your router (or access point) really forwarding the data to the PC?

As mentioned - I’m using the Protokol app on my PC to verify/monitor this and can confirm the data is received by the PC.
