How to show level meter this way?

I’ve seen this video on youtube and the user had the level meter taking up all screen height. I would love to know how can I do it? set it up beside my arrangement window on full height?

that is only possible with the Cubase Pro version.

Thanks I’m using Cubase 8 pro. How do I do it?

Activate the Control Room and you can turn on metering: Page 315 in the manual - but you must have Control Room turned on.
