How to show this little thing in Key Editor to make midi event larger?

while I was watching a random cubase video on youtube,
I found the guy in the video drags this little thing to make midi event larger
How do I make it available in key editor?

These are MIDI Part (not MIDI Event) Start and End positions. MIDI Part is the object, which you can see in the Project window and which contains the MIDI Events.
