How to split channels/tracks into two sections?

I remember in Cubase 5 I could drag the line at the top of the tack section down in order to reveal a separate section or editing “lane” which is frozen from vertical scrolling. So that for example, I could place the music track in this section and I can scroll down the tracks in the editing window, but the music will stay frozen at the top when I scroll down all my channels.

I can’t figure out how to do this in Nuendo 10. And forgive my not knowing exactly what this feature is called.

Any ideas?

Is this what you mean?

No offence but although the manual doesn’t go very deep, these kind of “obvious features” can be found easily in it.
