How to stop the cursor from moving when selecting a part?

hey guys,
Is there a way to stop the cursor from automatically moving to the beginning of a part when I select it In the , Whenever I click on a part the playhead jumps to its start but I prefer if it didn’t do that Is there an option to change this behavior .

Hi,

Ensure, the Transport > Video Follows Editing On/Off menu item is disabled (Off).
