How to swap voices without affecting other bars? The issue I encountered below. When I want to swap voice content, it automatically swap every bar’s voices and create unwanted rests. May I know how to deal with this? I encountered this problems for several times and I need to swap every bars to delete the rests or remove rests… Thanks!
It looks like you also selected the notes in bar 2 before telling them they are a down-stem voice now. In a way, this isn’t serious. You can do Remove Rests on the upper voice, and the notes in the down-stem voice will start to behave independently, i.e. with their stems free to go up or down.
