Exactly like the title says..I have a non Cubase Drum Vst and loaded a drum loop..then I went to the loop browser and searched for a “brush” hit or loop. When I tried to get the brush to sound on a certain beat along with the drum loop(after duplicating the brush loop over an over)it ended up all out of sync with the drums after a few beats .any help please
P.S. Is there a video that shows exactly how to do that
Hi,
Does the plugin sync with the host (Cubase) tempo?
I dragged the type of beat into the Drum Vst track and duplicated it (20-30 times)and then set the desired tempo..then recorded the brush loop from the loop browser(for one brush stroke thinking that I couldn’t tap the midi keyboard to the exact time along with the drum loop)into a track of its own and tried duplicating it 20-30 times thinking it would automatically sync if I loaded the first brush loop at the very beginning as well as the drum loop..but the brush loops wouldn’t sync unless I lined them up by hand individually..there has to be a simpler way or certain steps to take to make the duplicating method work
I didn’t drag or load the brush loop..I recorded it with the midi keyboard..one swipe of the brush.. hoping to duplicate it 20- 30 times where I wanted them in sync with the drum loop at such and such bpm
I guess when I recorded it, the patch that it sat in was an odd length and couldn’t line up right in the grid
