How to tell Cubase where my VST's are?

I have been running a different DAW with various 3rd-party VST’s. The VST’s reside in various locations on my hard disk. Now I’ve installed the trial version of Cubase Elements 7, and I can’t figure out how to tell Cubase where my 3rd-party VST’s are located on the disk?

You have to add VST 2.x Plug-in Paths to the location where the vst’s were installed before cubase was installed.

This opens a dialog where you can see the current paths to where VST 2.x plug-ins are located. You can add/remove folder locations by using the corresponding buttons. If you click “Add”, a file dialog opens, where you can select a folder location.
