I know to toggle between an overlapping audio event you click the arrow at the bottom but this only seems to apply to single events even with all of them highlighted.
Does anyone know how to toggle between and move entire overlapping regions?

If you want to move all of the overlapping Audio Events or MIDI Parts, select them all by using the lasso selection.
