How to transfer track automation to container automation (visible in the midi editor)? And the opposite, container to track?

You can change MIDI CC Automation from the Key Editor (or any MIDI Editor) to an automation lane by using MIDI > Functions > Extract MIDI Automation.
As far as I know, there is no way to do so in the other direction.
To set it up, how do you want to write the automation, go to the MIDI > CC Automation Setup.
