How to transpose every track on a song

I went to New Track, and clicked Transpose. I hit the arrow key and put a line through the track line that goes through the whole song. I clicked select all events. I then changed the 0 at the beginning of the song to a -1. Not all tracks are transposing. I tried highlighting all the tracks and tried it again and it did not work. Set root for unassigned events in grayed out. There is a icon for Keep transpose in octave range. If you click it, it turns white, and click it again and it goes black. What does this do? I don’t find this an easy program to use even after 15 years.

When I highlight every track and go to the Algorithm, I cannot change the elastique Prot -Time to pitch. Why? Because when I click on it, it shows this instead.

So both ways to transpose in Cubase have failed.

How do I do this?

You right clicked it instead of left clicking?

I tried both clicks and neither worked.

I found the issue. You cannot freeze a track and then do a transpose. I need a new computer this month so I don’t have to freeze the Relab compressor plug in.
