How to turn of snap when placing warp marker

Hi guys, does anyone know how to place warp markers manually without it snapping to the beginning of the note but still have it snap to the grid when you move the hit point? thanks

Hi,

To disable the Snap, hold down Ctrl/Cmd. Do this while creating the Warp Marker. Once you create the marker, release Ctrl/Cmd modifier to enable snapping.
