How to turn off Direct Monitoring on UR44 with iPad - Solution

After much reading and trial and error I have found a way to turn direct monitoring off when using an iPad with dspMixFX app connected to the UR44 and “NOT” using the dspMixFX app as your mixing app.
I am using the AUM app to do my routing and managing FXs, etc. But I could not get rid or control the level of the dry signal unless I changed the mic. Input level knob.
The Google AI search response stated to turn on the “Solo” button on the dspMixFX app but that did nothing and all the other results gave no solution that worked.
Come to find out that if you turn the volume faders to zero for all the channels in the dspMixFX app, (save the configuration for the future).
Then close that app.
Direct monitoring is off.
Now when I load AUM I get to only hear what’s coming into AUM in the Ipad and going to the UR44 outputs from AUM, no direct monitoring at all.
