how is possible to update cubase AI5 license to AI 10.5 for free ?

In the past, Steinberg sent an email to the users, with the offer. There was an article about it on the webpage here (Free update to latest Cubase AI Cubase LE version for all registered users), but it seems, the link is not valid anymore.

Try to get in contact with the official Steinberg support and ask them for the code.

I see,I thought it was kind of automatic update, I would go with cubase ai 5, but I dond find a download for it. L
