How to update from 12.0.60 to 12.0.70 without repurchasing?

My News panel tells me there is a recommended update to 12.0.70 but when I click on it, I am taken to a page with release notes and a Get It button. That button only gives me options to either buy cubase 12 again or download a free trial. Is each update a paid update?

You can access the update from the ‘Steinberg download assistant’ it is not a paid update.
