Sorry if this is covered in documentation somewhere, but I’m not finding it in the Help Center.
I have Cubase 10 Pro. I was told by a classmate/fellow user that 10.5 was a free update, so I downloaded the update from the Steinberg Download Manager. I’m confused as to why I now have both 10 and 10.5 on my computer, but oh well. When I tried to open up 10.5, however, it says no valid license. My elicenser is plugged in, and I can still get into 10 just fine. I also opened the eLicenser Control Center and ran maintenance there, but I can’t figure out how to update my license to allow me to use the new version.
When I try to activate it, it asks for an activation code and I can’t for the life of me remember where to access that.
Sorry for such a basic question, but if I could get some help here I’d really appreciate it.
