I can get to my forum profile by selecting Profile / Preferences / Expand, but I can not seem to edit the text there. What am I missing please?

on a mobile:
Click on your avatar > click on the persona icon at the bottom > preferences.
The unfolded info bar you mentioned earlier before provides an overview.
