How to upgreade older versions of cubse LE to cubase le 13?

I have Cubase le 11 and I want to stay with the le . Is it possible to upgrade older versions of Cubse LE to the new 13 (Charge or free)?

Have you tried downloading it from the download manager? If there is a cubase 13 le it should be free

Yes I have download Cubase 13 le and installed but it searched for license and did not found it.
I do have license for Cubase le 10.5 and it is registered in the e-license .
Have I done something wrong?
