How to use Arphache 5

I’m very confused at how to use this simple arpegiator - I’m used to just setting step size and duration then playing a chord, and having it arpeggiate up and down the notes I’ve played. But this doesn’t seem to operate that way. Infact I can’t figure it out at all. I just want to play a four note chord and have it arpeggiate up the chord in sixteenths, from top to bottom…but it just won’t do it.

I don’t really get Arpache 5 either, but if you

it might be a lot easier with Arpache SX in Classic Mode.
