Please download Cubase 12 using the Steinberg Download Assistant. It will also automatically install all required software.
You can then run the Steinberg Activation Manager and sign-in to your MySteinberg account. Cubase should be automatically activated when you attempt to run it. It can be activated on up to 3 computers simultaneously.
