Hi, I just registered my AI 9.5 on 11/2, is this version included in the grace period or is LE/AI not included.
Also, if it is included, how do I get it? I checked my licenses and don’t see anything about version 10. Any counsel would be appreciated.
Not sure if LE/AI is eligible but when did you ACTIVATE it? (registration is irrelevant).
Alas, I found it in my support. AI/LE are not eligible.
I had activated it on 11/2 but being I’m upgrading to Elements, I don’t really need it. I was mostly considering others who might have just registered LE/AI and are sticking with it for a while.
