Hi - Steinberg Support seem to be showing signs of life now so my issue has been sorted out - thanks all the same.
If anyone is having trouble getting through to them now might be a good time to try - and also be considerate of others worldwide, try and keep your message short and simple and maybe someone who finishes work in 10 mins might be able to make you the last one for the day… 
Hello Matthias, i bought Audient Evo 4 few years ago. But i got this problem. Can you Update my Licence for my Cubase LE please. I have same problem that my licence not working. Activation manager tells me that i didn’t have any Licences Registered. I’ve installed my Laptop with Cubase LE 13. Thanks for helping.
