HSO no sounds

Hi,
I am running Cubase 7.5 and wanted to get my copy of HSO going. Loaded it up and it ran fine in the stand alone app. But when I go into Cubase and try to run it as a VST I get no sound. It looks like it is not connected to an output as there is no meter movement at all in the mixer. I do have samples loaded and HSE2 loaded as well. I have gone through every screen and made sure that what I see in HSE2 is the same settings for HSO. HSE2 works fine. I am stumped and wondering if you have any ideas. Probably something stupid that I have missed.

Anyone know if this could be a bridging issue? I am going to toss jBridge at it to see if it sheds any light. Realize that there is no sound on any level meters anywhere, not even in the inspector.
