Hub can't connect to the internet

I just relocated to a new state and have a new internet provider. I got my DAW setup and it does have a good wireless connection to the Internet. For some reason when I open Cubase (Pro 9.5) the hub stalls for about 5 seconds and then tells me I do not have an internet connection. The new connection has a different SSID and PW than the one I have been using at the previous location. I cannot find anywhere in the manual where the HUB needs that info to be updated.

Any ideas?
