Hub not connecting to internet

I think this is oddball issues that people sometimes have. I running C10.5, as admin, with no firewall blocking, yet the White Screen of Death that appears in the left, online connection, box in the Hub tells me I need to turn on TLS. I’m pretty sure that’s a red herring.
What’s the actual fix for this, guys?

Did you actually fix this? there seems to be several people with the problem, including me, but no solutions. Its annoying that Steinberg don’ :+1:t seem to be responding to it unless I’ve missed it.
