Hi, a few days ago I accidentally purchased two updates to Cubase PRO 15. I wrote to the support center with the following information:Good morning, I accidentally purchased two upgrades to Cubase PRO – from version 14 to 15. I will, of course, only use one upgrade, so I’m asking for a refund. I’d appreciate your understanding and reversing the payment.To date, no one has contacted me, despite repeated requests for an answer. Can anyone help? Regards.

You need to contact the Online Shop Support for the refund. Klick on support and there you can follow the link to the Online Shop support pages.
