I activated Cubase 6 on the 15/10/2014 @ 1:05am

Hi,

I activated Cubase 6 on the 15/10/2014 at 1:05am, right on the deadline for the grace period upgrade.

I have ran maintenance and update DB a few times and no Cubase 8 artist licence has been deposited into my elicsenser.

Am I actually eligible? Is this a bug?

wow does steinberg give grace period upgrades spanning multiple version levels? eg. 6 → 8 ? thats incredible!

providing updates to the previous versions eg 7.5.40 , 6.5.5, after new version release is just plain awesome! way to go steinberg!!!

Just contact support. Maybe a time zone thing but seems like you are eligible to me.

I tried to contact support but they were unavailable, I did maintenance in the elicsenser software a few times and it didn’t work so I must have missed out by a fraction :frowning:

I just bit the bullet and bought and upgrade key.

Hi,

actually you activated the license on the 31/03/2011 at 4:05am, and then transferred it to another USB-eLicenser on the 15/10/2014 at 1:05am. Unfortunately transfers are not eligible for the grace period :wink:
