I also cannot submit a ticket

Just to check whether this is normal behavior or might be a bug in the Steinberg website.

When I access the “My Requests” tab in My Steinberg account, it just logs me straight out of the site. Is this normal behavior?


I have been getting this problem since February when I first tried to get help from the team.
Still no response- I wonder if Tech Support has come to an end?


I think the first thing to do is to say what country you are in as different support is available in different ways in different countries.

I found that what I thought was a bug was not, the My Requests tab is not available in Australia. There is another way for me to get a support ticket from a local distributor and I am pursuing that at the moment.

I’m in the UK which uses Steinberg’s German tech support
