I have downloaded the Steinberg Download Assistant to install the Dorico 6 Trial version. However pressing the Redeem Code button I realized that I had already forgot my password. When asked for it I had to request a new password which enabled me to go into this forum. However I am stuck in the Redeem Code process as my new password is not valid as Download Access Code. What can I do?

When you download the Dorico 6 Trial you will get a mail containing a Download Access Code. All you need to do is to enter this code into the Download Assistant, after login and that will create your trial license.
I’m not sure what you mean with redeem code, do you mean Download Access Code?
Your password is not valid as a code at all, it just gives you access to your mySteinberg profile, together with your mail address.

Is my Steinberg ID the same as my password? OK I forgot to press Install all. Now the download manager runs to install the trial version. Let’s see if it works.
