I want to use Dorico. I bought last August, 2024, but was too busy to download.
Now I am being told that my access code is not valid.
What should I do?

If you bought a code in August 2024, then that code should be valid for Dorico 5, which was the current version at the time. Are you trying to download v5, or v6?
If you bought the code last year but didn’t activate the code until today, then you may be eligible for a free upgrade to v6. (I’m not a Steinberg employee, so I can’t swear to that.) Otherwise, if you want v6 you will have to pay for the upgrade.

I went in a different way and got the code to work.
Then it told me it was already downloaded and now
I have to ‘activate’ it. . . . .and wow, not easy to do, isn’t happening.
I am going to have to rest. . . .might be able to do it with a fresh mind!
