I guys, I bought an UR44 steinberg audio interface … got my soft licencer and the licence for Basic fx suite … updated … everything fine … But when I try to download the Cubase AI 7 or 8 , I put my download code and then when I put my ur44 serial number , he says ‘’ wrong number !!! Im getting crazy because the number I took ( in the bottom of my unity , is NOT WRONG !!!
WOULD YOU HELP ME PLEASE ???

the Download Access Code needed to download the software is 25 characters long and printed on a paper included in the box. This is not the serial number of the unit printed on its back, which is needed to register the unit itself.
