I bought Cubase 13 and it's a trial version

I downloaded it using all of the activation manager, download assistant, and e-license controls. But I heard that the trial version would end soon and I received it by e-mail
The e-license told me to register the license, but it appears as above and cannot be registered

My previous version is 10

Hi, Cubase 13 uses the new Steinberg Licensing and not the eLicenser anymore. You will find a application called “Steinberg Activation Manager” on your system and in there you can see that you have Cubase 13 activated on your system.
