I bought Cubase Pro 10 for full price one day before the 50% off promotion started

I just feel so stupid. If I had waited one day longer I could’ve bought it for 50% less. It wasn’t even an upgrade from an earlier version, it was full price.

I’ve emailed Steinberg about it, but I haven’t got much hope. It’s a lot of money I could’ve put into a better audio interface instead.

Has anyone else been through anything similar before? Is there a grace period for this kind of stuff as well, or just for upgrades?

There is no grace period at all for promotions, only for releases of new versions. Apart from that you´re in the german forums.
