I Request a refund at noreply@my.steinberg.net But tow days ago I can get a answer
how can I get refund? please help me

Not surprisingly you won’t get a reply from a “noreply” email address…that’s why they have that name.

You need to contact the eShop…which varies from country to country as Steinberg do not handle the selling themselves. Your receipt should have the contact details…the most recent receipt I have has a link for Customer Support, that would be the first contact option.
