the importer can not find the arrange-file. Let’s say you have exported your Cubase project to the folder “C:/export”. Then you should also have a folder and file called “C:/export/arrange/Gig/arrangetrack_*.xml”. Can you check if the file is available?

Yes I have this file.
With the new VST Live version, I cannot import all songs, not only one.
… can you please zip your folder and send it to me? Maybe PM, if you do not want to share your project to the public.
