I can not enter dorico due to the limit of sessions started

I changed my computer and now I can’t get into Doric anymore because this message appears. I already deactivated on the old computer, however I still can’t get in.

Cytestake, have you tried logging into your MySteinberg account?


There are no computers using Doric in MySteinberg,

Could you try activating and then deactivating again on the old computer, then trying again on the new computer?

Now I can no longer activate on any of the computers. I get the same message on both computers.

Are you using the most recent version of the Steinberg Activation Manager (1.3.1.698) on the old computer as well as the new one?

Yes, in fact I installed Dorico in both a week ago.

Would you be able to zip up the directory /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Activation Manager on your old computer, and either post the zipfile here or email it to me at r dot lanyon at steinberg dot de.
