Steinberg, why can’t I drag files from the media bay into the project window anymore? The insert menu item is worthless when you have a template setup with tracks ready for certain instruments, etc. Dragging files one at a time is painful.
This is a step backwards with no benefit.
What type of files are you attempting to drag from the Media Bay? I just tested audio with no issues.

In another thread, you mentioned, it’s not possible to drag and drop from the Pool. Later, you found, it doesn’t work only if you drop it on the disabled track.
Is this the same case here?
Btw, it works here on my side.
mediabay needs fix update ASAP….cubase 15 is freezing wont start…when it starts (if starts) it wont show my temp project..it shows it after 15 seconds later….

How do you know, these issues are MediaBay related? Could you provide more details? Could you attach the *.dmp/ips files?
