I can't access my support requests


I have two tickets open with support for 3 or more weeks now, with no response. As I try to access the ‘my requests’ area, it just redirects me to the homepage and when I want to go back to my steinberg, I need to log in again. Very strange.

Same thing happens on at least two browsers. Any idea on what’s the cause?

Also, is it normal to wait for so many weeks to hear from Steinberg?
