ı want to activate my cubase AI and ı downloaded elicenser but ı dont have usb ı want to soft elicense but ı cant see softelicense ı just can see usb e license

ı did yesterday but now ı have problem in steinberg download assistant ı cant see anything in menu .yesterday ı did windows update, after update when ı click the assistant it open but just loading
