Beside the useful suggestions above (the Diagnostic Report is very important for the Team), if you didn’t do, I suggest you go through this helpful video: For Windows: [Troubleshooting playback in Dorico | Windows version] For Mac: [Troubleshooting playback in Dorico | Mac version]

Also it would be probably helpful for the Team if you could upload a Diagnostic Report file here. You can generate it from menu Help>Create Diagnosing Report. Then upload the resulting zip file here.
