I can't open Dorico because of this


Hey,

Just now, I can’t seem to open Dorico and when I press “Relaunch” it does not, and when I press “Quit”, it does quit and then the cycle continues.

Can someone help me please?

Have you added the licence to your account?

No not that I am aware of

But this has never happened before so I’m not sure why it is suddenly doing this

So Dorico used to work perfectly, and has suddenly stopped working, with no significant changes, like moving to a new computer; upgrading to a new major version of Dorico, etc?

I have had a new laptop but before that has not made much of a difference

Sam, I think you must have more than one Steinberg ID account, and on your new laptop you’ve signed in with the Steinberg ID that doesn’t have your license(s) associated with it. If you think there’s a chance you have another account under a different email address, please try signing out of Steinberg Activation Manager, then sign in again using that account.
