I can't open my Steinberg Download Assistant Successfully

Hey guys, I just updated my Cubase to 12, then I would download Steinberg Download Assistant, but I can’t open it successfully, when I clicked login bottom, there’s no any reaction
can somebody tells me why, thanks.

What is your default/primary browser, please? Could you try to disable your antivirus and firewall, to make sure, it doesn’t block the communication, please?

Hi, my default browser is google chrome. I tried to disable my antivirus and firewall already, so I think it’s not the problem :smiling_face_with_tear:
