The product might be registered to a different account, or it’s possible, though unlikely, that you never registered the SeL with your original license.

If that’s the case you will have to go through tech support.

Note that you can download a trial of Cubase 12 that works for 30 days.

There’s no more I can do to help you, I’m afraid, I’m just a long-term user of Steinberg products, and I don’t work for them

Is it possible you once used a My Steinberg account associated with a different email address and registered with that?

I have gotten the same problem,too.There is no product information under the soft-elicense.(cubase 11)
By the way,I haven’t changed the email or any information.
