I can't submit a ticket- help please

Hi All
When I fill in a ticket the next page reads ‘Goodbye you’ve been signed out’…!
Does anyone else get this?

I’ve been trying to find out how to completely remove a VSTi from a Pro 10 project as I did in former versions of Cubase.

I’d appreciate any help with the ticket submission issue and the VSTi removal…

Yes, it happens to me too, I have some issues I wish to report but when I try to access the “my requests” tab, I get logged out. If I try to submit a ticket, it just refers me back to my Steinberg page where I cannot submit anything, just get logged out when accessing the “my requests” again.

Are you in Australia? I am starting to think these issues are dependent on where you are trying to access support from.
