I have a license on a cubase 9 pro usb dongle, and now I bought an update/upgrade for cubase 13pro, and I have a problem with the update/upgrade, it tells me that I don’t have a license to update. i followed the instruction but can’t install. I contacted distributor in Vietnam but they can’t support. I contacted Steinberg without successful. Please support me

What do you mean “involved”?
Has the OP orchestrated that scam? Or was he an unknowing customer who bought a fraudulent license / eLicenser? You shouldn’t be punishing people who were conned, but acted on good will. Especially from countries where it’s difficult to pay for on-line purchases and they have to rely on local “representatives”.He clearly wants to own a legit license 
I also contacted Fastspring but they haven’t responded yet.
