I just bought Cubase Pro 10 Update from Cubase 8.5
but I found Steinberg registered Cubase9 in the past in my eLicenser even actually I bought Cubase8.5 !?
So now, I can’t active from 8.5 to 10 cause eLicenser cannot found Cubase8.5
what the hell???
I bought 8.5,I use 8.5, I should have all rights about 8.5!!
Steinberg can’t give me the wrong license that cause I can’t have the whole right about 8.5!
what can I do??

Now obviously you should contact the seller you purchased from.
It sounds like you activated Cubase 8.5 after the grace period for Cubase 9.0 had started, so Steinberg upgraded your licence to Cubase 9.0 when Cubase 9.0 released. You are perfectly entitled to use Cubase 8.5 with a 9.0 licence; Cubase licences are valid for earlier versions of the same product.
There is a different upgrade product to upgrade from Cubase 9.0 than from Cubase 8.5 - it is a little cheaper than the product you have bought. Your only option is to return the upgrade you have bought and buy the correct product.
It is always worth checking what licence(s) are in your eLicenser, then upgrade based on that.
