I changed a MIDI editor shortcut and now I can't get it back

I changed the shortcut to Shift+Up and shift+down to fold/unfold tracks and now when I removed them and tried to find the original MIDI editor command (it maps to octave up/down selected notes, originally) I can’t find it!

Can someone please tell me what Shift+Up is mapped to?

Yes, because it is in “File → Key commands”
That´s also where to store presets, and reset to standard.
