i changed my sample rate from 44 khz to 96khz...

this is the first i encountered this problem in my cubase 5
actually… my work is almost done…
i have already finished those 12 midi tracks on my project…

i change the sample rate from 44.1 khz to 96khz several times… i don’t know what’s going to happen…
after i change my sample rate i played my song through the project…
when i played it… the speed of the song was faster than the original tempo (82 bpm) but the tempo value didn’t increase…
I think it is out of range …

…sorry for my bad english…

That´s what happens, when changing samplerate without converting the audio to the appropriate rate. Question is - why did you do that, if you don´t know, what you´re doing…?

thx for the reply…

well. nevermind haha… i just use object selection>sizing applies timestretch to syncronize in the range of the original tempo…

atleast cubase didn’t have any cracking sounds in playback

i have a question: i was going to record to an audio track but it’s not working… some of my projects that can record audio… i go through the device setup… my ports are inactive…

If your ports are inactive, you have not set them up as explained in the manual.
